The tools I actually use.

This is the stack behind how I build, automate, create, and keep the work moving.

After the Kenya session, a lot of people asked for the exact tools. This page is the clean version. Real links. Short explanations. The tools I actually reach for inside my workflow.

If you are brand new, start with Wispr Flow for speed, Codex or Claude Code for building, and ClickUp plus Google Sheets for keeping the work operational.

Start 01

Capture ideas faster.

Use Wispr Flow or another voice-first layer so ideas land before they disappear.

Start 02

Build with an agent.

Use Codex or Claude Code when you want AI to work inside the project, not beside it.

Start 03

Keep the work visible.

Use ClickUp, Sheets, and Calendar so momentum does not stay trapped in your head.

Start here.

If you only take a few things from the room, these are the tools that create the most immediate leverage.

Build stack.

The layer for turning prompts into systems, landing pages, automations, integrations, and working products.

Content stack.

The tools I use for visuals, editing, voice, slides, and the parts of content that need speed without losing quality.

Ops stack.

The tools that keep outreach, tracking, scheduling, communication, events, and revenue systems from turning into chaos.

Starter path.

If you are trying to build your own AI operating system, do not start with twenty tools. Start with one layer at a time.

Step 01

Voice first.

Capture ideas with Wispr Flow, then move the useful ones into ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude Code while the thinking is still fresh.

Step 02

Build one system.

Pick a real bottleneck. Then use an agent, the OpenAI API, or n8n to remove one manual loop instead of chasing random AI novelty.

Step 03

Make it operational.

Put the execution into ClickUp, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, or your CRM so the system survives after the excitement wears off.
